1. ABOUT AIRCRAFT SALES HUB
Aircraft Sales Hub (“Aircraft Sales Hub”, “ASH”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online aviation advertising marketplace operated by Studio Mitchell Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08588328.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aircraft Sales Hub website and the purchase and use of advertising and listing services provided through Aircraft Sales Hub.
By using the website, creating an account, submitting a listing or purchasing a listing package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. THE ROLE OF AIRCRAFT SALES HUB
Aircraft Sales Hub provides an online marketplace through which aircraft owners, aircraft share owners, private sellers, brokers, dealers, manufacturers and other aviation businesses may advertise aircraft and aircraft shares.
Aircraft Sales Hub is an advertising and information platform.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Aircraft Sales Hub:
• does not own the aircraft or aircraft shares advertised;
• does not act as the seller, purchaser, broker, agent or representative of either party to a transaction;
• does not negotiate or conclude aircraft sales on behalf of advertisers;
• does not receive or hold the purchase price for an aircraft or aircraft share;
• does not provide legal, financial, tax, engineering, airworthiness or investment advice; and
• is not responsible for completing a transaction between a buyer and seller.
Enquiries are normally made directly between prospective buyers and advertisers.
Any agreement to purchase an aircraft or aircraft share is made directly between the buyer and seller and is separate from the contract between the advertiser and Aircraft Sales Hub.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain features require an Aircraft Sales Hub account.
You are responsible for:
• providing accurate registration information;
• maintaining the security of your login credentials;
• activities undertaken through your account; and
• notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.
You must not create an account using false or misleading information or impersonate another person or organisation.
4. ADVERTISING AN AIRCRAFT OR AIRCRAFT SHARE
You must have the authority to advertise any aircraft or aircraft share submitted to Aircraft Sales Hub.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:
• the aircraft or aircraft share genuinely exists;
• it is genuinely available for sale unless clearly marked otherwise;
• you are the owner, authorised seller or otherwise have authority to advertise it;
• the information supplied is materially accurate and not misleading;
• photographs, video and other material supplied may lawfully be used for the listing;
• the asking price and ownership information are stated accurately where provided; and
• you will update the listing if material information changes.
You must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful advertisements.
Aircraft Sales Hub may request additional information where reasonably necessary to establish the legitimacy or accuracy of a listing.
5. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY
Advertisers remain responsible for their advertisements.
Aircraft Sales Hub does not independently inspect every aircraft, verify every statement made by a seller, establish legal title, confirm airworthiness or guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by advertisers.
Advertisers are responsible for keeping information reasonably current, including asking price, aircraft status and availability.
If an aircraft or aircraft share is sold, withdrawn from sale or otherwise ceases to be available, the advertiser should update the listing or notify Aircraft Sales Hub promptly.
6. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY AND DUE DILIGENCE
Information appearing on Aircraft Sales Hub is intended to assist prospective buyers in identifying aircraft and aircraft share opportunities.
It must not be treated as a substitute for appropriate due diligence.
Prospective buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to matters including, where relevant:
• ownership and title;
• aircraft identity and registration;
• airworthiness and technical condition;
• maintenance and inspection history;
• hours, cycles and component status;
• logbooks and records;
• damage history;
• equipment and specification;
• applicable taxes or duties;
• finance or security interests;
• aircraft share or syndicate arrangements;
• operating costs;
• insurance;
• regulatory requirements; and
• the suitability and value of the aircraft or aircraft share.
Buyers should obtain appropriate independent professional advice and inspections before entering into a transaction.
7. PRIVATE SELLER LISTING PACKAGES
Aircraft Sales Hub currently offers the following principal private seller advertising packages.
AVIATOR 2
Aviator 2 provides one aircraft or aircraft share listing for a fixed advertising period of 60 days.
The listing will normally expire at the end of the 60-day period unless another eligible package is purchased or another arrangement is agreed with Aircraft Sales Hub.
AVIATOR 3
Aviator 3 provides one aircraft or aircraft share listing for a fixed advertising period of 90 days.
The package includes the additional features described on the Aircraft Sales Hub website at the time of purchase, which may include featured visibility and verification features.
The listing will normally expire at the end of the 90-day period unless another eligible package is purchased or another arrangement is agreed with Aircraft Sales Hub.
AVIATOR +
Aviator + provides advertising for one identified aircraft or aircraft share on an “Until Sold” basis, subject to these Terms.
Aviator + is not a perpetual or unlimited transferable advertising entitlement.
It applies only to the aircraft or aircraft share for which the package was originally activated.
The entitlement cannot normally be transferred to a different aircraft, aircraft share, registration or sale opportunity.
Current prices and the features included with each package are displayed on the Aircraft Sales Hub website before purchase.
Where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to correct it. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
8. AVIATOR + AND “UNTIL SOLD”
“Until Sold” means that an eligible Aviator + listing may remain advertised without the fixed 60-day or 90-day advertising period applying, while the originally advertised aircraft or aircraft share remains genuinely available for sale and the advertiser complies with the availability requirements described below.
“Until Sold” does not mean that a listing will remain permanently published regardless of its status.
An Aviator + entitlement ends when the aircraft or aircraft share to which it relates:
• is sold;
• is withdrawn from sale;
• is no longer genuinely available;
• is replaced by a materially different aircraft or share opportunity; or
• otherwise ceases to qualify under these Terms.
An Aviator + entitlement cannot be reused to advertise another aircraft or aircraft share after the original aircraft or share has been sold or withdrawn.
9. PERIODIC AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION
Aircraft Sales Hub operates an availability management system intended to help keep marketplace listings current.
Aviator + advertisers may periodically be asked to confirm that their aircraft or aircraft share remains available for sale.
The confirmation interval may be adjusted from time to time where reasonably necessary for marketplace administration.
Where confirmation is requested, the advertiser is responsible for responding within the period specified in the request.
If confirmation is not received, Aircraft Sales Hub may temporarily pause, hide or otherwise restrict the listing until availability is reconfirmed.
A listing paused for lack of confirmation may normally be restored once satisfactory confirmation is received, provided the aircraft or share remains eligible for advertising.
This process is designed to prevent stale or unavailable aircraft from continuing to appear as active marketplace stock.
10. SOLD AND WITHDRAWN LISTINGS
When Aircraft Sales Hub is informed or reasonably satisfied that an aircraft or aircraft share has been sold, the listing may be marked as sold, removed from active marketplace search results or otherwise treated as inactive.
A sold listing may, where appropriate, remain accessible as an historical or direct listing page even though it no longer appears among aircraft currently available for sale.
Where an aircraft or aircraft share is withdrawn rather than sold, Aircraft Sales Hub may remove or deactivate the listing.
Marking an Aviator + aircraft or aircraft share as sold or withdrawn ends the Until Sold advertising entitlement for that aircraft or share.
11. FEATURED, PROMOTED AND VERIFIED LISTINGS
Some packages may include featured placement, promotional activity or verification features.
“Featured” or “Promoted” means that Aircraft Sales Hub may provide additional visibility to a listing through the marketplace, website, social media, editorial activity or other promotional channels as considered appropriate.
It does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, enquiries, leads or sales.
Where Aircraft Sales Hub provides a seller or listing verification indicator, the indicator confirms only the verification steps undertaken by Aircraft Sales Hub for that particular feature.
Verification is not:
• a guarantee of the aircraft’s condition;
• confirmation of airworthiness;
• a valuation;
• a guarantee of legal title;
• financial or investment advice;
• an endorsement of the seller; or
• a guarantee that information supplied by the advertiser is complete or accurate.
Buyers must continue to undertake their own due diligence.
12. LISTING ANALYTICS
Some packages provide access to listing analytics.
Analytics may include information such as listing views, visits, visitor locations, devices, referral sources, button interactions or similar engagement information.
Analytics are provided for general informational purposes.
Internet analytics can be affected by automated traffic, privacy technologies, tracking restrictions, browser settings and other technical factors. Aircraft Sales Hub therefore does not guarantee that analytics represent unique human prospective buyers or that figures will exactly correspond with data produced by other analytics services.
13. NO GUARANTEE OF SALE OR ENQUIRIES
Purchasing an Aircraft Sales Hub advertising package purchases advertising services only.
Aircraft Sales Hub does not guarantee:
• that an aircraft or aircraft share will sell;
• that an advertisement will receive enquiries;
• any particular number of views or visitors;
• any particular search-engine position;
• a particular sale price;
• the quality or financial ability of prospective buyers; or
• that a buyer or seller will complete a proposed transaction.
Advertising performance will vary according to factors including aircraft type, asking price, location, specification, market demand and the quality and completeness of the listing.
14. BROKERS, DEALERS AND MANUFACTURERS
Aircraft Sales Hub may offer separate packages, arrangements or commercial services for professional brokers, aircraft dealers, manufacturers and other aviation businesses.
These may have different prices, listing allowances, durations and features from private seller packages.
Where separate written commercial terms have been agreed between Aircraft Sales Hub and a business customer, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms and will take precedence to the extent of any conflict.
Consumer cancellation rights described below apply only where the customer is acting as a consumer and not wholly or mainly for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
15. PAYMENT
Prices applicable to a listing package are displayed before purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available through the website.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
A listing package is not considered paid until payment has been successfully authorised or received.
Aircraft Sales Hub may suspend activation where payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
16. CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL
This section applies where you purchase an Aircraft Sales Hub advertising service as a consumer through the website.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you will generally have the right to cancel a distance contract for services within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Aircraft Sales Hub of your decision by a clear statement before the cancellation period expires.
You may contact us through the contact details provided on the Aircraft Sales Hub website.
You do not have to use any particular wording, provided your decision to cancel is clear.
If you expressly request that Aircraft Sales Hub begins providing the advertising service during the 14-day cancellation period, we may begin providing the service immediately.
If you subsequently exercise your statutory right to cancel before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied up to the time you informed us of your decision to cancel, where permitted by law.
Where a service has been fully performed within the cancellation period following your express request for performance to begin and your acknowledgement that you will lose your cancellation right once the service has been fully performed, your statutory cancellation right may end when the service has been fully performed.
Where a refund is due following a valid statutory cancellation, it will be made in accordance with applicable law, normally using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this section limits any additional rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
17. REFUNDS OUTSIDE THE STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHT
Except where a refund is required by law, listing fees are generally non-refundable once the advertising service has been provided.
However, Aircraft Sales Hub may consider refund requests where:
• a material technical problem attributable to Aircraft Sales Hub prevents the purchased advertising service from being provided;
• Aircraft Sales Hub is unable to provide the package purchased;
• an incorrect payment has been taken; or
• other circumstances make a refund appropriate.
Nothing in this section restricts statutory consumer rights or remedies.
18. SERVICE STANDARD AND AVAILABILITY
Where applicable consumer law requires it, Aircraft Sales Hub will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
We aim to maintain reliable access to the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security work, hosting issues, software updates, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Reasonable temporary interruptions do not automatically extend fixed advertising periods, although Aircraft Sales Hub may provide an extension where a significant outage materially affects a paid advertising service.
19. MODERATION AND REMOVAL OF LISTINGS
Aircraft Sales Hub may refuse, pause, edit, restrict or remove a listing where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
• it is fraudulent or materially misleading;
• the advertiser does not have authority to advertise it;
• the aircraft or share is no longer available;
• the listing breaches these Terms;
• the content infringes another person’s rights;
• the listing presents a security, legal or regulatory risk;
• payment has failed or been reversed;
• required availability confirmation has not been provided;
• the listing contains unlawful, abusive or inappropriate material; or
• removal is reasonably necessary to protect Aircraft Sales Hub, its users or the integrity of the marketplace.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may give the advertiser an opportunity to correct a problem before permanent removal.
Nothing in this section is intended to give Aircraft Sales Hub an unrestricted right to cancel a consumer contract unfairly.
20. USER CONTENT AND LICENCE
Advertisers retain ownership of photographs, text, video and other material they own and submit to Aircraft Sales Hub.
By submitting material for publication, you grant Aircraft Sales Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the period reasonably necessary to:
• display and operate your listing;
• resize, format or technically process the material;
• promote the listing and Aircraft Sales Hub;
• publish appropriate extracts through Aircraft Sales Hub’s social media and marketing channels; and
• maintain reasonable archival, administrative and evidential records.
You confirm that you own the material or have the necessary permission to allow Aircraft Sales Hub to use it in this way.
You must not upload material that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or other rights belonging to another person.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Aircraft Sales Hub name, branding, website design, original text, software, graphics and other original material belonging to Aircraft Sales Hub or Studio Mitchell Limited are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, republish or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Aircraft Sales Hub website without permission.
Rights in advertiser-supplied content remain subject to Section 20 above.
22. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Aircraft Sales Hub may contain links to external websites, seller websites, service providers, social networks or other third-party resources.
Aircraft Sales Hub is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
23. OPERATING COSTS, FUEL PRICES AND OTHER INFORMATIONAL TOOLS
Aircraft Sales Hub may provide aircraft operating-cost tools, helicopter operating-cost tools, aviation fuel information, registration information, guides, articles and other informational resources.
Such information may contain estimates, assumptions, historical information or information obtained from third-party or publicly available sources.
Fuel prices, operating costs, maintenance costs, insurance, exchange rates and other aviation expenses can change significantly.
These resources are provided for general information and planning purposes and should not be relied upon as a quotation, valuation, financial forecast or substitute for information from an appropriately qualified professional or service provider.
24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, Aircraft Sales Hub and Studio Mitchell Limited are not responsible for losses arising solely from:
• inaccurate or misleading information supplied by an advertiser;
• the condition, ownership, airworthiness or value of an aircraft or aircraft share;
• a buyer’s or seller’s failure to complete a transaction;
• decisions made without appropriate independent due diligence;
• communications or dealings between buyers and sellers; or
• events outside our reasonable control.
Where you are acting in the course of a business, and to the extent permitted by law, Aircraft Sales Hub and Studio Mitchell Limited will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. FRAUD AND SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with prospective buyers or sellers.
Aircraft Sales Hub may investigate suspicious activity and may suspend accounts or listings where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, impersonation, payment abuse or other unlawful activity.
Users should independently verify counterparties before transferring money, releasing aircraft, providing sensitive documents or entering into binding transactions.
Aircraft Sales Hub does not provide an escrow service unless expressly stated otherwise.
26. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Aircraft Sales Hub Privacy Policy.
The website’s use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Aircraft Sales Hub Cookie Policy and associated cookie controls.
These policies should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Aircraft Sales Hub may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, package structure, law, regulation or marketplace operation.
The version applying to a paid listing will normally be the version in force when that package was purchased, except where a change must apply because of law, regulation, security requirements or where the change does not materially disadvantage the customer.
Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated where reasonably necessary.
The current version will be published on the Aircraft Sales Hub website with its revision date.
28. COMPLAINTS AND CONTACT
If you have a complaint or question concerning Aircraft Sales Hub, a listing package or a payment, please contact Aircraft Sales Hub using the contact details provided on the website.
We will aim to investigate complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory remedy available to you.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. NO WAIVER
If Aircraft Sales Hub does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that the right to enforce it has been waived.
31. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are acting as a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you are a consumer, this provision does not deprive you of any mandatory rights concerning applicable law or jurisdiction available to you under consumer protection law.
